How long should a quote be valid?

Most freelancers set quote validity to 14-30 days. This gives the client enough time to decide while protecting you from price fluctuations. You can customize the validity period for each quote.

Can I convert a quote to an invoice?

Yes. Once a quote is accepted, click the 'Convert to Invoice' button. This will take you to the Invoice Generator with all the quote details pre-filled, saving you from re-entering the information.

Are my quotes stored securely?

All quotes are stored locally in your browser's storage. Nothing is sent to our servers unless you have cloud sync enabled (Pro feature). You can delete any quote at any time.
